Description: Changes the definition of domicile for voting purposes to make it more restrictive. For example, this bill explicitly excludes anyone who comes to the state "for a temporary purpose," such as volunteering or working on political campaigns. This bill also requires a voter to live in the state at least thirteen days before voting.
