The town of Farmington, New Hampshire provided security and other services to a Trump rally this January. In an effort to get the Trump campaign to pay a roughly $9,500 bill for the rally, the small town has reached out to the Trump campaign “four or five times” according to Town Administrator Arthur Capello.

Supporters don't want to pass campaign expenses onto tax payers. “The taxpayers should not be expected to pay the bill," said Cappella.

Opponents question whether the bill is a "reasonable amount" and whether it is the actual responsibility of the campaign to pay for this, as it was the United States Secret Service the requested the security detail. Others argue the costs are minuscule compared to the value of a potential President visiting their town.
