Summary:
Reduces the time limits for the state to act on many applications, from dredge and fill permits to liquor licenses. This bill also requires the secretary of state to allow online filing of all documents under the New Hampshire Business Corporation Act. According to the Department of State, all but fifteen business filings can already be done online.
