Officials in Rochester are considering a proposal that would ban the use of fireworks except for select holidays and during the months of June, July and August. Currently, fireworks are legal to use in Rochester year-round. Read more about this issue. On December 4, Citizens Count, NH’s Live Free or Die Alliance decided to put the issue to its Facebook members, posting the question, “Would you support a seasonal ban on fireworks use in your town?”
