Summary:
Creates a specialty beer store license that would allow a store to sell beer without the requirement of also selling food. Right now specialty beer stores are licensed as groceries and must maintain a certain inventory of food. This bill was amended to also allows rectifier to purchase beer and wine for the aging, blending, and bottling of liquor.
