Description: Establishes a task force to determine the level of service to be provided to clients of community mental health centers. The bill was amended to make several changes to the child protection and mental health systems. For example, the bill adds a new category for reports of child abuse, "unfounded but with reasonable concern." The bill also requires the Department of Health and Human Services to develop a ten-year plan for the state’s mental health system.
