SB 570 (2018) relative to the work requirement for the child care scholarship program.

Description: Allows the Department of Health and Human Services to waive the work requirement in the child care scholarship program for applicants or recipients participating in a mental health or substance use treatment program. The child care scholarship program gives working parents under 250% of the federal poverty level financial assistance for child care.
